We understand that it takes a lot of trust to hire a team of tradesmen to take apart then rebuild your home, so everything we do is done with respect for your property and your privacy.

For example, we will never just throw dustsheets over your furniture. That’s the easy way. Instead, we tape professional covering over every inch of the property, to give you absolute assurance that your home is completely protected during the work. It’s those touches and attention to detail that can sometimes make all the difference.

You’ll know exactly what we’re doing

At the start of a project, we will draw up a contract setting out in full detail exactly what we will do, including a timetable so you can monitor how things are progressing.

This timetable also allows us to schedule our team of craftsmen precisely, so they are only on-site when they’re needed. In other words, you’ll never see one of our employees sat doing nothing. This makes it more cost effective for you, and more efficient for us.

Renovation is inevitably not a pretty process, so we often recommend families stay away from the site during the work. But that doesn’t mean we’re secretive about what we’re doing. We will arrange weekly on-site meetings to keep you updated on progress and are always happy to discuss how things are going.
